I needed to do something simple after yesterday's struggling with another fractal. Some babies are harder to deliver than other...

My brain is over cooked, the weather is nice and I've that cold. Suppose I should eat more oranges... Does an orange sorbet count as a c-vitamin source?

I wanted it being a bit grainy, I don't like orange juice with pulp. Yeah, I am in a weird mode today.

If you make the sorbet yourself with fresh orange juice, not heating the juice to sterilize and eat it rapidly, it keeps the c-vitamin that is destroyed by hot temperature and time. In fact, it will last longer in the freezer than just in the kitchen. Lime and orange will taste good together, like here.
