Allow me to begin by saying that this work has a very strong initial impact on the viewer. The image grabs your attention and doesn't let you go.
There is amazing depth in this piece. The continuous circular lines an shapes appear to be receding to the center left of the image. This gives the image depth and a focal point. Having this focal point off center works well compositionally. A more centered focal point would have caused the image to be too symmetrical.
The colours that you chose work very well together. I feel that the colours give the image a sense of serenity.
The many smaller half circle shapes found at the horizontal center line make me feel as though I am looking at some kind of city skyline. The vertical hard circle shapes seem to almost create ripples in the rest of the image. Because of these elements, It feels like looking at the reflection of a beautiful city in the water of a pond.
